If you've forgotten your Rage Roleplay password on the UCP but you
remember your
email address, follow these steps to regain access to your account:
- Go to our Log In page.
- Click 'Forgot My Password'
- Enter the email address you use for Rage Roleplay and click next.
- Check your email and use the link in the mail to reset your password.
If you haven't received an email, please check your spambox or try to reset your password
again.
If you've forgotten your Rage Roleplay password on the Forums but you
remember
your email address, follow these steps to regain access to your account:
- Go to our
Log In page.
- Click
`I Forgot My Password'
- Enter the email address and username for your forum account and click submit.
- Check your email and use the link in the mail to reset your password.
If you haven't received an email, please check your spambox or try to reset your password
again.
If you've forgotten your Rage Roleplay password and your email. Please contact our support team with
the following information:
- In-game or Forum Names:
- Any past emails:
- IP Address:
- Name of ISP (Internet Provider):
- Estimated Date of Signup (UCP):
If you do not have any of this information then we may not be able to help you. Security is our
top
priority so it's understandable that we deny access to the account if you do not have any credentials
that link to it.
For general queries, we're always on our community Discord and are happy to accept personal messages or questions regarding the server or any of your issues. There aren't direct people to contact for general queries, so if you want - hop on the Discord and ask away.
